New Delhi, September 30, 2025: NAREDCO MAHI, the women’s wing of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India, in collaboration with the Women Who Lead National Award & Consortium (WWLNAC), successfully hosted the Women Achiever Awards 2025. The event was held during the NAREDCO HOMETHON Property Expo 2025 at the iconic Jio World Convention Center, BKC, Mumbai, and turned into an evening of inspiration, recognition, and celebration.
The awards night shone a spotlight on the excellence, resilience, and leadership of women who are transforming the real estate and allied industries, drawing an overwhelming response from industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Eminent Dignitaries and Distinguished Guests
The event was graced by prominent dignitaries including Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO; Mr. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman of NAREDCO; Mrs. Smita Patil, National President of NAREDCO MAHI; Mrs. Smita Raje Patwardhan of the Royal Family of Jamkhandi; Dr. Sunita Karad, Dean, MIT World Peace University; Mrs. Radhika Sudhir, Founder of WWLNAC; Mr. Prashant Sharma, President of NAREDCO West; and Mr. Hitesh Thakkar, Vice President of NAREDCO Maharashtra.
