His professional journey spans multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy and engineering-led businesses. Prior to joining GREW Solar, Divyanshu held senior leadership roles at some of India’s prominent solar and industrial organisations. Most recently, he served as General Manager – Sales at Vikram Solar and Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in strengthening commercial operations, expanding distribution networks, and building long-term channel partnerships.
His career also includes leadership stints at Jakson Engineering Limited, Kalthia Group, Honeywell Automation India Pvt. Ltd., and Borosil Glass Works Ltd. These roles provided him with deep exposure to diverse business verticals, enabling him to develop a holistic understanding of large-scale sales operations, channel management, and customer-centric growth strategies.
