New Delhi, November 13, 2025: FUJIFILM India, a diversified conglomerate with expertise spanning imaging, healthcare, electronics, and business innovation, has launched its latest brand film titled “Healthcare Technology that Transcends” under its ongoing “Stories of MORE SMILES” series. Set against the breathtaking landscapes of Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh, the film beautifully captures how care, courage, and innovation come together to bring quality healthcare — and genuine smiles — to one of the highest and most remote regions of the country.
A Journey of Care, Courage, and Connection
Conceptualized by FUJIFILM India’s Corporate Communications and CSR team, in collaboration with CTA Communications as the creative agency, the film was directed by Kshiteej Dua and produced by BAD Studio Productions LLP. Shot over three days across Key Monastery and Langza Village, the story unfolds through the eyes of Rohini, a dedicated healthcare worker who, along with her team, braves snow-capped peaks and winding mountain roads to deliver medical care to communities miles away from the nearest health centre.
At the heart of this moving narrative lies the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation (ATNF) team — the real-life heroes behind FUJIFILM India’s “Care on Wheels” initiative. Through these mobile healthcare camps, the team has reached over 15,000 people in Himachal Pradesh, providing essential screenings and blood chemistry tests. Their relentless efforts reflect the brand’s commitment to spreading smiles, hope, and healthcare across every frontier.
Bridging Technology and Humanity
Expressing his thoughts on the initiative, Mr. Koji Wada, Managing Director, FUJIFILM India, said:
“At FUJIFILM India, we are committed to delivering innovative products and solutions that embody our Group purpose of ‘Giving our world more smiles.’ By blending diverse ideas, unique capabilities, and extraordinary people, we aim to create solutions that bring joy and hope to the world. This brand film reflects our belief that innovation in technology can be a bridge of hope — and as a leading healthcare company, we want to ensure our technology serves society in the most impactful way.”
Adding further, Mr. Abhi Shekhar Singh, Vertical Head, Corporate Communications & CSR, FUJIFILM India, shared:
“The film is an ode to the resilience of our healthcare technology and the commitment of the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation team. It was inspired by our ‘Care on Wheels’ CSR initiative serving Mandi and its surrounding districts — regions that truly needed attention and care. During my travels, I witnessed how our technology and healthcare professionals were transforming lives, and that realization sparked the idea of turning it into a film. Despite sub-zero temperatures and thin air, the passion of our partners at CTA Communications and BAD Studios brought this vision to life with authenticity and heart.”
A Cinematic Celebration of Purpose
Shot on FUJIFILM Fujinon Premista Cine Lenses, “Healthcare Technology that Transcends” is a visually stunning and emotionally stirring film that portrays how innovation and human compassion merge to take healthcare beyond physical and geographical boundaries. It stands as a tribute to the unsung heroes of rural healthcare and a reflection of FUJIFILM’s enduring purpose-driven journey.
Empathy Through Innovation: The FUJIFILM Philosophy
Staying true to its Group purpose of “Giving our world more smiles,” FUJIFILM India continues to merge cutting-edge technology with empathy, ensuring healthcare accessibility for all. Through initiatives like “Care on Wheels” and heartfelt campaigns such as “Healthcare Technology that Transcends,” the brand reinforces its belief that every act of care — no matter how remote — can inspire change and bring better health closer to every individual.
