The company commemorated the milestone with Utsav 2026, its 10th anniversary celebration, held on September 19 at Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort in Greater Noida. The event brought together employees, global leadership, customers and partners to celebrate a decade of growth, technology capabilities, collaboration and people-led transformation.

Utsav 2026 Celebrates People and Milestones
Utsav 2026 served as the centrepiece of the company’s 10th anniversary celebrations. The event focused not only on business growth but also on the people, experiences and achievements that have shaped Judge India Solutions over the last decade.
Senior leadership from The Judge Group attended the celebration, including Martin E. Judge, III, Chief Executive Officer; Brian T. Anderson, President; Abhishek Agarwal, President, Judge India Solutions & Global Delivery; and Thomas Becker, Executive Vice President, Recruiting and Delivery, and ESG Chair Emeritus.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Abhishek Agarwal highlighted the organisation’s growth from its original 17-member team in September 2016 to a family of 500 employees.

A lucky draw added to the celebrations, with a holiday for two to Sri Lanka awarded as the first prize.
